The Roost is a co-living community designed and developed by Neiman Taber Architects, one of Seattle’s leading innovators in urban housing. Located in a neighborhood filled with arts institutions, the project was designed from the ground up as live-work housing, focused on goals of affordability, livability, community, support for the Arts and sustainability.

The Units

Most of the units at The Roost are double height spaces with a small bed loft, freeing up room on the main level for work space or living room furnishings and functioning like unique one-bedroom apartments.

The Amenities

The Roost offers shared kitchen spaces, a dining area, TV lounge, meeting space, on-site laundry, a bike room, rental storage, complementary Wi-Fi and more!

Inclusivity

We’re excited that a limited number of apartments at The Roost will be discounted for moderate income households under Seattle’s “MFTE” affordable housing program. If your income is between $26,000 – $36,230 you may be eligible for reduced rent! Let our team know if you think you might qualify!
