An original Berkeley farm estate house, Farmhouse is a sixteen bedroom Victorian. Opened in April of 2014, residents have a vegetable garden and chickens, regular community dinners and music nights.
Located in east Lake Merritt in Oakland, the Canopy is a mixed-use apartment building that we acquired, renovated and re-designed specifically for coliving. Home to artists, makers, and creative professionals, the Canopy is all about creative empowerment and knowledge sharing.
Euclid Von Imaginal Manor is steeped in mystical old-world charm. Built in 1910 by San Francisco art patrons, the manor lives on as a platform for playful visionaries and social entrepreneurs.
Eddy Street is extremely convenient for people who are new to town, don’t have a lot of furniture and are looking for a place to call home while they look for something more permanent.
The Forge is a newly remodeled 8 bedroom house located in the Montavilla neighborhood in Northeast Portland, within walking distance of the restaurants and coffee shops on Glisan Street, and a quick bike ride to Mount Tabor.
