The Harmony Community

The Property
This 15 bedroom home has a main kitchen and common spaces as well as three additional kitchenettes for making coffee, breakfast or leftovers. Each resident has a private room with access to the fully-equipped shared kitchen, the kitchenettes, 8 shared bathrooms, and a communal furnished living space. There is also a back garden patio and rear decks on the back of the building. Living at Harmony also comes with regular professional cleanings, shared house supplies and furnished common spaces.
The Lorin District (Neighborhood)
Harmony is located in the heart of the Lorin District, only a few blocks away from Ashby BART. Lorin is one of the most diverse, artistic and transit-accessible commercial districts in the City of Berkeley. The district is home to the Tuesday South Berkeley Farmers market, many local nonprofits, boasts a thriving art and antiques cluster, and is fast becoming an emerging food scene. Berkeley Bowl is less than a mile away, with an impressive assortment of establishments around the corner including The Alchemy Collective Cafe and Roasters, Easy Cerole, Hercules Records, Hoi Polloi Brewing Taproom and Beat Lounge, Cassava Mexican Restaurant, Giin Thai Canteen, Vault Cafe, Adeline Yoga, and Sweet Adeline Bakery.
