The Harmony Community
Recently redesigned specifically for community living, Harmony is a thriving coliving home well located in south Berkeley near Alcatraz and Adeline, halfway between UC Berkeley campus and uptown Oakland, and biking distance to both. Here is the community vision from the Harmony members:
“Harmony is a community where we come together to connect, create and share with one other. We value personal connection, growth, and mutual support – while also doing fun activities together such as community dinners, events, ping pong tournaments, and more!”
This 15 bedroom home has a main kitchen and common spaces as well as three additional kitchenettes for making coffee, breakfast or leftovers. Each resident has a private room with access to the fully-equipped shared kitchen, the kitchenettes, 8 shared bathrooms, and a communal furnished living space. There is also a back garden patio and rear decks on the back of the building. Living at Harmony also comes with regular professional cleanings, shared house supplies and furnished common spaces. During COVID, residents also gain access to the coworking and event space on the ground floor.
